A DialOnce Customer Success Manager has contacted you and you are now ready to configure your visual IVR to integrate our “VOICE API” v3.0 solution.
When you go to the Admin > Integrations and Actions sections you will need to install the following items :
Integrations > DialOnce_SMS Web Services
go to admin > integrations
Add integration

search “Web Services Data Actions”
Install

Configure identification
Go to Admin > Integrations > DialOnce_SMS Web Services > Credentials > Change
Add a “User Defined” identification with:
Field name should be exactly accessToken
Value = <Submitted by your DialOnce CSM contact>
