Introduction

The ICP, or Intelligent Contact Page, is a chatbot specifically adapted to be viewable within your website pages whether on desktop or on mobile. It can use the same chatbot as the one that you already have in a phone integration or a widget integration. Therefore, it doesn’t increase maintenance.

Get the link of the front of your IA Agent:

1. Go to the testing page of your https://crai-office.dialonce.ai/fr.
2. Click on the eye on the top right corner of the page, as shown in the screenshot below.
3. Copy the url for the next steps.

Embedding our chatbot into your site

On a page of your site, use an iframe tag to our chatbot using the following URL as src attribute: https://do-chat.dial-once.com/ORCHESTRATOR_ID?no-header&theming=pci where ORCHESTRATOR_ID is a UUID provided by your CSM.

This URL accepts multiple query parameters:

• no-header : (mandatory) Hide our chatbot’s header.
• theming=pci : (strongly recommended) Adapt the chatbot’s theme for a better experience on desktop.
