1. Create and Configure an Integration:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Click on + Integrations.
  2. Search for and install the Web Services Data Actions integration.
  3. Name your integration.
  4. Go to Configuration > Credentials > Click Configure.
  5. Add a credential with the type User-defined, and set the following fields:

2. Configure Data Actions in Genesys Cloud:

  1. Download the sample YAML files for the demo mailbot in the banking domain:

  2. Import the data actions:

    1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Actions > Click Import Action.
    2. Import the YAML files you downloaded earlier.
    3. Select the integration you created earlier.
  3. Configure the data action to point to your mailbot:

    1. Get your orchestratorId and companyId from your DialOnce contact.

    2. Go to Configuration > Configuration and update the request URL model with the orchestratorId and companyId.

    3. Test everything in the Test section to ensure it is correct.

    4. Click Save and Publish.
