Introduction

DialOnce allows to send SMS from an IVR via the integration of this VOICE API. The purpose of this Voice API is to exchange with an IVR to perform the following actions:

• Check the availability of the DialOnce platform
• Ask to verify a phone number for sending an SMS following a customer interaction with the IVS
• Request the sending of an sms

With the VOICE API, the end user remains in the same telephone infrastructure until the call is hangup.
